What Happened?

On January 30, 2024, the European Commission announced its investigation of leading tire manufacturers. 6 of the world's largest tire manufacturers are being investigated and accused of agreeing to artificially raise and fix the prices of new replacement tires for passenger cars, vans, trucks, and buses.

In fact, car and light truck tire prices rose some 21.4% between 2021 and 2023, more than 70% above core inflation. This alleged price-fixing scheme would have resulted in US consumers paying more for new tires than they rightfully should have.

Therefore, looking all the way back to January 2020, we are searching for individuals and business entities who were harmed in this situation AKA people who bought tires from these companies, ultimately paying more than they should have.

What can you do?

If you bought new tires directly from one of the listed companies since January 2020 simply contact us with the form below and we will handle the rest.

Whether you are an individual customer or a business that purchased tires directly from these companies, we are here to help.

We are taking this case to court to get you back your money that was rightfully yours the whole time.
