On November 22, 2010, the Merrimack County, New Hampshire Superior Court granted class certification to New Hampshire Marlboro Lights purchasers seeking economic damages from Philip Morris USA. In conjunction with the Concord, New Hampshire law firm of Douglas, Leonard & Garvey, Max Gibbons of Korein Tillery represents Plaintiff Karen Lawrence.
