Robert Litan Quoted in Compliance Week on GameStop Market Volatility

Partner Robert Litan discussed recent market volatility from GameStop trading and where the SEC might focus an investigation – such as on hedge funds like Citadel – in an interview with Compliance Week.

“The question for the SEC to answer is whether Citadel knew in advance that Robinhood was going to shut the door and used that knowledge to short the stocks,” Litan said.
