Carol O’Keefe Quoted in Bloomberg Law on Criminal Antitrust Enforcement of No-Poach Agreements

Partner Carol O’Keefe spoke with Bloomberg Law on increasing criminal enforcement for illegal no-poach agreements in hiring practices. So far this year, the DOJ has brought criminal indictments against two employers for restricting the free movement of labor.

These recent criminal indictments pursued under an Obama-era policy are significant “because a grand jury has met and decided there’s enough evidence to support the charges,” O’Keefe notes.
