Pam Yaacoub is an attorney in Korein Tillery’s Chicago office.

Before joining Korein Tillery, Pam clerked for the Honorable Jane Kelly of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the Honorable Edmond E. Chang of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also worked as an associate at a litigation boutique and at an international law firm in Chicago. Pam received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2017 and her B.A. from the University of Michigan in Dearborn in 2013.

Since joining Korein Tillery, Pam has primarily represented plaintiffs in antitrust, consumer protection, and privacy litigation, including Csupo v. Google LLC, No. 19CV352557 (Cal. Super. Ct. Santa Clara Cnty.) (conversion claims related to California Android users’ cellular data), Taylor v. Google LLC, No. 20-cv-7956 (N.D. Cal.) (conversion claims related to Android users’ cellular data outside of California), Fontenot v. NCAA, No. 23-cv-03076 (D. Colo.) (antitrust claims related to labor market for athletes’ services), Nessel v. Roku, No. 25-cv-11221 (E.D. Mich.) (privacy and consumer protection claims related to data collection and dissemination practices), and Costantino v. Zuffa, No. 26-cv-539 (D. Nev.) (monopolization claims related to market for pay-per-view-level offerings of mixed martial arts events). Pam’s experience includes briefing and arguing matters in federal and state trial courts, as well as briefing appeals before the Seventh Circuit, Federal Circuit, and Illinois Appellate Court.​

Pam was born in Tripoli, Lebanon, and is fluent in Arabic, proficient in Spanish, and conversational in Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian. She lives in Chicago with her husband, son, and four pets.
